High Spirits Host
This group is open to all who are interested in "thinking outside the box." No membership is required, and you may drop in or out as your time and inclination allows. We meet once a month for the purpose of listening to speakers and presenters, networking with like minded individuals, sharing information, door prizes, and generally having a fun evening. Each month a different presenter does a talk or presentation highlighting their area of expertise.

Meeting Format
6:45 pm - Meet and Greet where we share information. This is a great time for talking about upcoming classes, events that you are involved with or promoting, handing out fliers, and sharing business cards, or just visiting back and forth.
7:00 pm - Sign in, pay the suggested donation ($5 - $10), then there will be a Drawing and passing out of Door Prizes.
7:15 - 9:00 - Speaker Presentation. Speaker presentations are geared to the sharing of knowledge, and demonstrations whenever possible. Often the speakers will share their upcoming events and even offer a discounted price.
Past presenters have included: Alternative Health Professionals discussing topics such as Natural and Healthy Choices, Chiropractic Care, Cranial Sacral, Women's Health, Homeopathic Remedies, Massage Techniques, Essential Oils and their Properties, and Natural Treatments.
Other modalities have included: Reiki, Reflexology, Hypnosis, and Rapid Eye Therapy.
Speakers have covered topics such as Channeling, Meeting your Angels and Guides, Reading Auras, Tarot Card Reading, new Meditation techniques, and so much more.

Many thanks to Jacque Valentine (who you may know as Jelina Vance), the wonderful woman who founded the High Spirits Group and did an amazing job of hosting it in her lovely North Plains home for many years. I'm grateful that she passed the torch on to me to host it. I'm sure you will all join with me in wishing all the best to her and her family as in their home and small farm out in the Gaston area countryside.
